"Perfect for game day. The house was spotless, beautifully stocked, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. We walked to Stegeman and were back for dinner on the grounds. Can't imagine a better Athens base."
155 Morton Ave · Five Points · Athens, Georgia
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a patio made for long evenings — right in the middle of Five Points, a short walk from UGA.
About the Space
Morton Avenue is one of those Five Points streets where the houses have real history. This one has exposed brick and stone, a standing-seam metal roof, hardwood floors throughout, and a sunroom right off the front door with "155" painted on the glass. It feels lived-in — because it has been.
Inside: three real bedrooms, a king four-poster, a queen with warm lamps, and a full. A kitchen big enough to actually cook in. A master bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and black-and-white hex tile floor. A stone patio with outdoor seating. Nothing precious — everything comfortable.

Amenities
The Neighborhood
Morton Ave puts you in the middle of the part of Athens that people who actually live here spend their time. The Root is a three-minute walk. Cali N Tito's is six. On game weekends the whole neighborhood hums. On regular weekends it's quiet streets, good coffee, and the kind of place you want to come back to.
House Rules
Nothing complicated. We just ask that you leave the place the way you found it — dishes in the dishwasher, beds stripped, doors locked.
