Morton Avenue is one of those Five Points streets where the houses have real history. This one has exposed brick and stone, a standing-seam metal roof, hardwood floors throughout, and a sunroom right off the front door with "155" painted on the glass. It feels lived-in — because it has been.

Morton Ave puts you in the middle of the part of Athens that people who actually live here spend their time. The Root is a three-minute walk. Cali N Tito's is six.
